How Artists Are Selected
A clear monthly review process built around visual strength, originality, presentation, and overall impact.
AweSnapp reviews submissions through a monthly selection process focused on strong, memorable artwork and meaningful online visibility.
Each month, up to 100 artists are selected for the official AweSnapp online exhibition. From this selected group, 20 artists are named Top Finalists, and 10 standout artists receive homepage placement as the AweSnapp Top 10.
What We Look For
- Originality and creative voice
- Visual impact
- Technical skill or thoughtful execution
- Composition and presentation
- Emotional, conceptual, or aesthetic strength
- Overall impression of the submitted work
Monthly Selection Tiers
Selected Artists
Up to 100 artists are chosen for the official monthly online exhibition and recognized as part of that month's selected group.
Top Finalists
Twenty artists are chosen from the selected group and receive additional recognition within the monthly results.
Top 10 Artists
Ten artists are selected from the Top 20 Finalists for homepage placement and expanded visibility.
No Category-Based Judging
AweSnapp does not divide artists into fixed categories. All submitted work is reviewed together as part of one monthly award cycle.
This allows artists working across painting, photography, digital art, drawing, mixed media, sculpture, fiber, illustration, and other visual art forms to be considered within the same recognition structure.
Final Decisions
All selection decisions are final. Due to the number of submissions received, individual feedback may not be available.
AweSnapp reserves the right to select fewer or more than 100 artists for any monthly cycle, depending on the number, quality, and overall strength of submissions received.

The goal of the AweSnapp selection process is simple: recognize strong artwork and provide artists with meaningful online visibility through monthly exhibition placement, finalist recognition, and homepage features.
