Fees

The $15 participation fee helps support website maintenance, online exhibition preparation, artist recognition materials, promotional efforts, and administrative review. Participation fees are non-refundable once a selected artist accepts and payment is received.

Who Can Submit

AweSnapp is open to artists worldwide. Artists of all backgrounds, experience levels, and creative styles are welcome to submit.

Emerging artists, self-taught artists, student artists, professional artists, photographers, digital artists, and established creatives may all apply. Artists must be at least 18 years old to submit.

Artwork may be abstract, representational, conceptual, traditional, contemporary, or experimental.

Original Work Requirement

All submitted artwork must be original and created by the artist submitting the entry.

Artists may not submit work that copies, imitates, or directly reproduces another artist's copyrighted work. AI-assisted work should only be submitted if the artist has the right to use and present the final image and the work meets AweSnapp's originality standards.

Monthly Award Eligibility

International Artists

International artists are welcome to submit. Since AweSnapp is an online award and exhibition platform, physical delivery of artwork is not required.

Artists are responsible for ensuring they are legally able to submit and share their artwork from their country of residence.

Image and Usage Rights

Artists retain full copyright and ownership of their submitted artwork.

By submitting, artists grant AweSnapp permission to display submitted images on the AweSnapp website, online exhibition pages, homepage features, email announcements, and social media channels for promotional and archival purposes related to the award. AweSnapp does not claim ownership of submitted artwork.

Submission Guidelines

• Submit through the official AweSnapp entry form for the current monthly award cycle.
• Use clear, high-quality JPG or PNG images.
• Avoid heavy glare, blur, distortion, watermarks, logos, or promotional text.
• Make sure artwork titles, mediums, descriptions, and contact information are accurate.
• Submit before the posted deadline for the current cycle.
• Only submit work you have the right to share and present.

Disqualification

Submissions may be disqualified if they include false information, copyrighted work the artist does not have permission to use, offensive or hateful content, or artwork that does not meet the submission requirements.

AweSnapp reserves the right to remove or decline any submission that does not align with the purpose of the award.
